AIGC Mechanisms and Strategies for Cross-border E-commerce
An ongoing study from application mechanisms to cross-cultural adaptation
- Period
- May 2025 — May 2026
- Status
- Ongoing
- Type
- National Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project
- My role
- Lead investigator · Research design · Team coordination · Source analysis · Staged output integration
Overview
An ongoing study of how AIGC may support content generation, marketing optimization and cross-cultural adaptation in cross-border commerce, with a framework for later validation.
Background
Cross-border content must navigate platform rules, language differences, cultural context and production efficiency at the same time. This project examines AIGC inside practical workflows rather than treating the technology as an isolated feature. The research is still in progress.
Core questions
- 01Where can AIGC fit into a cross-border content workflow?
- 02How can generated content balance platform rules, brand expression and local context?
- 03Which evaluation dimensions can support validation beyond subjective judgment?
- 04Where should human review and accountability sit in the workflow?
My responsibilities
- Defined the research questions and structured the mechanism framework.
- Coordinated team roles, source analysis and milestone discussions.
- Mapped use cases across content generation, marketing optimization and cultural adaptation.
- Integrated staged outputs and clearly marked areas awaiting validation.
Process
Research
Reviewed literature and cases on AIGC, cross-border marketing and cultural adaptation.
Design
Structured a framework covering use cases, mechanisms and evaluation dimensions.
Delivery
Coordinated source coding, case discussion and staged writing.
Review
Separated observations and hypotheses from validated findings and planned later tests.
Output
Produced a research framework, project materials and staged strategic directions.
Outcomes
- Cross-border AIGC use-case framework
- Staged source analysis
- Research and presentation materials
- Strategy framework awaiting validation
Evidence & materials
This project is ongoing. Only the research design and staged outputs are shown; no unvalidated final conclusion is presented.
Limitations & reflection
AIGC becomes useful only when tasks, data, rules and human review work together. The next phase needs narrower variables and a more reproducible validation process.
